I am a very compassionate and non-judgemental therapist. I work from home (also online) and provide a safe, friendly, relaxing environment where we can work in partnership to find ways to move through issues and concerns that may be affecting your quality of life, relationships or personal development. I will help you to connect with the life you want through strong and informed choices.   I work with a variety of modalities, predominantly Internal Family Systems which is an evidenced based, trauma-informed treatment for  anxiety, depression, PTSD and substance abuse. It encompasses most other forms of psychotherapeutic techniques such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment therapy,  Person-Centred, Solution Focused, Gestalt.

With insight we can find our voice and see more clearly the life we lead. Our solutions are always within sight.

Sometimes, it seems as if life just has it in for us and we can never catch a break. In reality, there will always be moments we have little to no control over but what we can always control is how we react to those moments. During our sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.



At some stage in life we will all experience loss and grief.  Everyone grieves in their own way and in their own time. Feelings of anger, guilt, intense sadness and futility can consume us.
